Not all Belgian representations will start delivering the new biometric passport at the same time.
You will be informed
A few weeks before the biometric passport is put into production in a particular embassy or consulate, all Belgians who are registered there and who have provided their e-mail address will receive an instructional e-mail.
Belgian representations will also post on their website the date that the biometric passport will be launched in their jurisdiction.
