date: 31 May 2013

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs Didier Reynders received with dismay the news on the attack perpetrated on 29 May by unidentified armed men against the International Committee of the Red Cross’s (ICRC) offices in Jalalabad (Afghanistan).
